Performing as the industrial and mechanical contractor, Graycor provided services to remove and install labor and materials for the replacement of the WFGD Spray Piping and Absorber Agitators. Scope included the removal of existing slurry spray header piping, the existing spray header support trusses, and installing new self-supporting pray header piping at all four (4) upper spray elevations within the absorber vessel. The project also included the replacement of the six (6) agitator impellers, shafts, and mechanical seals on the ground level within the absorber vessel.
