Project Scope

Graycor completed a 110,000-square-foot lifestyle center addition and renovation project to developer Simon Property Group’s University Park Mall in Mishawaka, Indiana. The three phase project included civil work, structural steel installation and concrete, and construction, resulting in four stand-alone buildings and an impressively designed new feature entrance with a fireplace element and new soft seating areas. The lifestyle center is projected to house 13 restaurant and retail tenants including Bar Louie, Granite City, Five Guys, Barnes and Noble, Lane Bryant and Ulta. The project also included exterior water fixtures, new hardscapes and landscapes, and modifications to parking and traffic patterns.
