The joint venture of Graycor and Thos. S. Byrne Ltd. provided construction services for the new paint/general stores and utilities building. Scope of services included the structural steel packages, all mechanical and electrical work, enclosures (including metal siding and roofing), concrete (including floors and process pits) and all finish trades.

The Toyota San Antonio plant could build approximately 150,000 Tundra full-size trucks annually and brought approximately 2,000 new jobs to Texas.
