Project Scope

Graycor Construction was the general contractor for the interior build-out of 23,000 square feet of retail space for The Container Store on the second level of The Street, a multi-use development in Chestnut Hill, MA.

The entry lobby is located on the backside of the building on the first level, under a covered canopy and is equipped with two new elevators and two new escalators.

The scope of work also included nine new RTU’s on the roof; the sales floor, featuring a level five drywall ceiling with extensive lighting, linear diffusers, cameras, sound system, cashwrap and low height walls; as well as back of house areas including restrooms, breakroom, electrical room, communication room, offices and stockrooms.
