Project Scope

Graycor was the general contractor for the The Container Store’s first store in the state of Wisconsin. The new 23,000-square-foot retail store is located at the Mayfair Mall, the largest mall in the Milwaukee area. The project included construction of the shell building base on tilt-up concrete panels and all façade finishes including metal panels, stone, EIFS and curtain wall system.

Additionally, Graycor was responsible for the construction of all interior finishes and MEP systems. The project required close coordination with the owner and tenant throughout the job for installation and coordination of tenant-furnished items.
