Project Scope

Graycor was the general contractor for the build-out of The Container Store at Oakbrook Center. The project included exterior façade work and a 27,000-square-foot tenant build-out of the first floor, which included metal panels, a curtain wall system and all new exterior finishes. The project also included the addition of a vertical transportation package to access the second level vestibule and exterior entrance.

The project team utilized Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination for ceiling work. Extensive coordination with second floor tenants throughout the project minimized impact to ongoing operations.
