Project Scope

Graycor developed seven additional acres of property into a new retail building complex on the original Shops on Main site, located in Northwest Indiana, approximately 25 miles southeast of Chicago.

Scope of work for Phase II includes grading, site utilities, landscaping and construction of 252 new parking spaces. Building shell construction work consists of pre-cast wall panels, masonry / exterior insulation and finishing system (EIFS) front facades, structural steel roof framing, glazing, and aluminum composite material (ACM) panels. The main anchor, Nordstrom Rack, occupies 25,030 square feet of retail space while four other future retail tenants with take an additional 14,700 square feet of floor space.

Graycor Construction was also the general contractor for Phase I of the the 147,851-square-foot Shops on Main Retail Development.
