Project Scope

Graycor was the general contractor for the 22,500-square-foot interior renovation of public space as well as exterior renovations of the facade. The lobby work was completed in two phases to minimize impact to the hotel’s ongoing operations.

Phase 1 consisted of the new restaurant and bar, the general lobby area, the check-in area and the small meeting room. Phase 2 consisted of the bell desk area, the elevator lobby and the new large meeting room.
