Project Scope

Graycor Construction provided preconstruction and construction services for the renovation of a two-story, 36,200 square-foot, K-5 campus for the Coral Academy of Science Charter School. The scope of work for the first floor included selective demolition of existing interiors and the reconstruction of classrooms, restrooms and a multi-purpose room. The scope of work for the second floor included a new teachers lounge and a painting room.

The project also included sitework which consisted of the construction of a Children’s Play Area that was surrounded by masonry screen walls and a retaining wall.
