Project Scope

Graycor was the general contractor for the redevelopment of a three-story, 250,000-square-foot Sears building at Oakbrook Center. The redevelopment of the former anchor store into multiple spaces allowed the shopping center to increase it’s offerings to mall patrons.

The building was divided, creating a single-story tenant space on the lower level, multiple in-line tenant spaces on the second level and another single-story tenant on the third level.

The project also included demolition of the Sears Auto Center, creating a pad for a future health club tenant.
