Project Scope

In 2010, Graycor was selected to perform the Landlord work associated with the delivery of a new pad to Nordstrom for GGP, a fully-integrated, self-managed and self-administered real estate investment trust focused exclusively on owning, managing, leasing and redeveloping high-quality regional malls throughout the United States.

The project was completed for St. Louis’ premier shopping center, St. Louis Galleria, which is home to more than 165 specialty stores located in St. Louis, Missouri. The scope included earthwork, site utilities and demolition of lower level basement structures and foundations. Graycor also completed a full parking lot reconfiguration as well as improvements to adjacent interior mall finishes.
