Project Scope

Graycor recently completed East Valley Commerce Center Phase II project for Metro Properties. Phase II consists of two individual industrial buildings totaling 363,000 square feet on a 24-acre site. Each concrete tilt-up building has storefront canopies with an architectural appearance and features 36’ clear height, 42 docks, 32 direct truck well doors and 10 grade-level doors.

During this phase of the project Gracyor worked with the team to create an underground storage retention for the facility, maximizing space. Solutions such as these were beneficial to both the client and the project.

The project follows the completion and lease-up of East Valley Commerce Center Phase I, a nearby, 340,000-square-foot industrial project also built by Graycor in response to the area’s growing demand for mid-size, Class A industrial space.
