Project Scope

Graycor Construction Company completed the renovations to the common areas of Jefferson Pointe, an open air mall located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The improvements were made while maintaining mall operations and was carefully coordinated to balance minimizing disruptions to business, public safety and the project’s progress.

The renovations required the removal of a 16,000-square-foot retail building attached to an existing open air mall, along with site demolition and improvements for the construction of new roadway through the property. The mall was refreshed with new lighting, landscaping, and a fire pit. In addition, a new 1,000-square-foot maintenance room and screenwall was built to match existing finishes.
