Project Scope

Graycor completed the renovation and refresh of Haywood Mall, a super regional shopping center and Greenville’s largest mall at 1.3 million square feet. The interior renovation included new seating and banquettes in the food court, upgraded restrooms, enhanced lighting throughout the mall, upgraded finishes, new planters, added soft seating, new tenant carts and kiosks.

The project also involved reconfiguration of the mall’s vertical transportation systems, including new escalators and installation of a new elevator in the center court, enhancing shopper access.

Significant exterior work included upgrades to the landscaping, pedestrian and vehicular entrances and new lighting in the parking deck.
