Project Scope

Graycor Construction was the general contractor for the exciting transformation of the 15,000-square-foot center court at Hawthorn Mall into an outdoor-themed environment or “central park”, featuring lawn-like landscape, tree-like sculptures and soft seating, as well as a coffee shop/wine bar.

Custom design elements include lighted tree column wraps and lighted, interactive pebble stepping stones.

Graycor was able to compress the schedule to meet the owner’s aggressive timeline, as well as vet value engineering ideas to alleviate budget constraints.
