Project Scope

Meeting the demand for distribution space in Phoenix, Ariz., Graycor built the Liberty Logistics Center, a 593,000 square foot warehouse and distribution center. The concrete tilt-up structure includes a LEED registered 2,000 SF office. Built on a 38-acre site, the project also included all earthwork, utilities, asphalt, concrete, paving, etc.
