Project Scope

Graycor converted an industrial warehouse to a 44,600 SF museum for DuPage Children′s Museum. Retrofitting the building allowed for both the museum and its administrative offices, once located separately in neighboring towns, to be brought together under one roof. Work included updating architectural features as well as structural, heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems.
