Graycor completed a major expansion for CNH Industrial at its manufacturing campus. The expansion project consists of three separate buildings including a 25,000-square-foot office building, new 10,000-square-foot showroom and an 85,000-square-foot fabrication building.

The Goodfield plant produces agricultural implements and machinery. The office houses plant management while the adjacent showroom is equipped with overhead cranes and also used to display large equipment. The fabrication expansion is equipped for receiving of raw steel materials, fabrication and kitting of completed parts. It also features a drive-in loading dock and overhead bridge cranes.
