Graycor was the general contractor for the construction of the shell and interior build-out of a 37,630-square-foot, 10-screen movie theatre. The 892-seat theatre consists of recliner seats in all auditoriums, a lobby, concessions and a party room. The XD auditorium offers exceptional surround sound. The exterior facade features masonry stone, EIFS and stucco.
