Project Scope

Graycor was the general contractor for a ground-up eight-screen theatre located on the Spring Hill Mall property in West Dundee. The theatre build was done simulaneously to a redevelopment project at the mall. The theatre offers seven standard screens and a single XD auditorium with stadium riser seating.

The theatre is built with a mezzanine level from which the cinema projection is performed from. The theatre includes an outdoor seating area, a main entry lobby, ticking/concessions, restrooms and administrative offices.
