Project Scope

Graycor was the general contractor for the tenant build-out of this 8,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility offering performance athletic training and non-invasive wellness modalities fusing environment-based technology with the science of sports integrative medicine and the art of wellness to deliver total optimal body conditioning.

The center features a cryosauna for whole body arctic Cryotherapy and a handheld Cryotherapy device for arctic cryofacials and localized Cryotherapy. Separately, there is an 1,800-square-foot altitude training room that can simulate altitude up to 12,000 square feet and that is equipped with professional grade indoor exercise bikes, water rowers, weights, TRX and yoga mats for the various workouts that the business offers. The room is the second largest mask-free altitude room in the country, other than similar high-altitude rooms at Olympics training centers.

Highlighted construction efforts included ensuring precise, faultless and air-tight drywall installation in the individualized altitude adjustment training rooms to support the safe and optimal use of the Hypoxico Altitude Training Systems. Additionally, the construction team retro-fitted a reinforced concrete pad and installed process piping to support a 750-gallon Nitrogen tank for a dedicated Cryosauna Room and additional process piping for future expansion of services. Partnering with I-Media, a Ganter Key FOB system was installed allowing guests activities including workout times and individual activities to be wirelessly tracked and reportable.
