Graycor provided design-build services for the build-out of 9,000 square feet of classroom space and 12,000 square feet of clean room space. Work also included relocation and expansion of a laminating line, buildout of 40 new workstations and eight offices, MEP system upgrade for the entire building and reconfiguration of the remaining space into a high-bay warehouse.
