Project Scope

Graycor Construction was the general contractor for the 180,000 SF, multi-phase redevelopment of Burlington Mall, an upscale regional shopping center in Burlington, MA.

Phase I of the redevelopment encompassed the demolition of an existing Sears Auto Center and the construction of a new 35,000 SF retail collection with 13 new tenants.

Phase II included the 145,000 SF redevelopment of the former lower-level Sears anchor store into 25 new inline retailers including eight outward facing restaurants with outdoor seating, two new entrances to the mall, an outdoor park area, as well as new vertical transportation, docks and restrooms.
