This three-building design-build project was constructed on an 82-acre site and included over 1,287,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution facilities. The dock high buildings feature 32’ clearance, concrete tilt wall skin, wood hybrid roof framing systems, 4-ply built up roofing, concrete dock aprons, dock doors with bumpers.

Site perimeter fencing was also constructed using concrete tilt walls. Off site work included construction of a private drive, city stipulated roadway improvements, an interim turning lane, utility tie-ins and a public sewer lift station.

Throughout the design and preconstruction phase, Graycor provided value with constructability analysis, and coordination with consulting engineers, the local municipalities and approving agencies. All related infrastructure was included in this phased project.

The three buildings completed were a 604,000-square-foot, one-story speculative distribution building for Amazon.com and two additional 300,000-square-foot spec office buildings.
