Project Scope

Graycor Construction Company Inc. was selected to construct a 90,000-square-foot surgery center with 16 extended stay beds, medical gasses, and six operating rooms. Also included are a chilled water system, laminar flow operating rooms, nurse call, all controls, and all internal finishes.

The project also included a 5,000-square-foot physical therapy/rehabilitation facility which complimented the design of the surgery center.
