Project Scope

Graycor Construction provided general contractor services for the interior build-out of the new ArcLight Cinemas theatre in Boston, which is the region’s first ArcLight Cinemas theatre.

The 70,187-square-foot, 15-screen theatre is located on three floors of The Hub on Causeway, a new 1.75 million-square-foot development, and includes a full bar, café and concessions with a full range of food and drink options including customer favorites such as ArcLight’s famous caramel popcorn and chicken sausage baguettes.

Auditoriums feature extra-wide reserved seating, top-quality projection and sound, and each screen is equipped with adjustable masking, so that whatever aspect ratio a movie is shot in, there won’t be unused gray space at the top, bottom, or sides of the screen.
