Graycor provided design-build services for a new 650,000-square-foot Distribution Center and Division Headquarters. The facility included 175,000 square feet of cold storage space, 25,000 square feet of Class A Office space and 12,000 square feet of break areas and locker rooms.

Construction consisted of load bearing tilt with conventional steel structure, Sarnafil 80 mil PVC roof on conventional metal deck and a 7-inch-thick shrinkage compensating concrete floor slab with a dewatered topping.

Site soil conditions required 24-inch undercut and import of clean material to establish building pad and drilled/under reamed pier foundations.
