Graycor served as the primary plant maintenance and outage contractor for the Palatka plant. The first year contract included completed major repairs to FGD, Baghouse, Cooling Tower, and Dewatering Building, providing both outage and ongoing maintenance services to the Palatka plant.

In the second year contract, Graycor provided balance-of-plant services, along with primary craft staffing for plant outages (planned and unplanned).
