OAK BROOK TERRACE, IL, November 9, 2022 – Graycor is pleased to announce that Steve Cieslak has joined its team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Cieslak has previously served as CFO of North America at Nordex Group, a manufacturer of wind turbines with more than $1 billion in annual revenue. In his new role, Cieslak will be responsible for Graycor’s information technology, corporate level finance and accounting, including production of financial statements, receivables, payables processes, payroll and financial controls. He will work out of the Oakbrook Terrace, Ilinois office and serve as a member of the company’s Executive Committee.

Cieslak was most recently the CFO at Nordex, a position he had held since 2012. He started as manager of financial planning and analysis at the company in 2008. During his time at Nordex, he oversaw a period of tremendous growth as the firm grew from a $200 million a year business to a $1 billion business over the course of three years.
Prior to joining Nordex, Cieslak served in financial roles with IAC Group, Textron Fastening Systems and Federal Mogul. He holds a master’s degree in management from the University of Iowa and a bachelor’s degree in Finance and MIS from Western Michigan University.
