Graycor Construction Company recently completed the construction of the 10 West Logistics Center—a 660,000-square-foot distribution center that is part of Wentworth Property Company’s 1.3 million square feet Class “A” master planned bulk distribution business park in Phoenix, Arizona.

The distribution center, designed and constructed to meet high-level corporate tenant standards, consists of 130 dock high loading doors, 4-grade level doors, 168 trailer doors (expandable up to 356 spaces) and 258 car spaces (expandable up to 1,696 spaces. The high image facility also features 36’ clearance, 200+ truck courts, ESFR sprinklers, energy efficient motion sensor lighting, excellent dock-loading and an abundance of trailer or car parking as well as a fenced and secured yard. Other attributes of the load bearing building include concrete tilt-up exterior walls and a steel joist and girder/wood panelized roof system.
