Nitti Graycor, a division of Graycor Construction Company, recently completed a new office industrial project for The Mack Company in north Phoenix called Mack Pinnacle Peak. The project, located in the Deer Valley area near Interstate 17 and Highway 101, consists of two buildings comprised of 78,281 and 90,575 square feet and sits on 10.4 acres. The project was delivered three weeks early, without any injuries and with only three punch list items at completion.

The speculative industrial project was built to maximize the square footage on the site an entice potential tenants given its location, build-out options and attractive aesthetics which include aluminum tube bands and steel canopies surrounding every entrance at the buildings. “We were glad we could deliver another state-of-the-art project for The Mack Company”, said Ray Nitti, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Nitti Graycor. “The Mack Pinnacle Peak has a unique feel to it which should make it very appealing to potential tenants. The Mack Company has been a very important client to us over the years so finishing up the project ahead of schedule and with a de minimis punch list was extremely satisfying to us.” Nitti Graycor has completed multiple office, warehouse, distribution and industrial projects for The Mack Company over the last decade.
