We are steadfast in adhering to Graycor’s Code of Business Ethics to ensure our employees, customers, and vendors know how we act toward one another. Ethics is more than compliance with legal requirements and Company policies; it includes values, conduct, and taking responsibility for our own actions. This Code of Ethics applies to all employees. Our Code embodies our beliefs that people are the Company’s most important asset and that our people are expected to conduct our business ethically. All of our employees and each employee of every company with whom we are involved are entitled to respect and courtesy as described in the Company’s policies.
