Our Recruitment Team
Alex LaPointe is the Sr. Recruiter for Graycor. Alex joined Graycor in 2014 and is responsible for delivering solutions in talent recruitment, selection and acquisition. Alex has 15 years of recruitment experience. He earned his undergraduate degree in management from Indiana University with additional Certification in Business Administration from Kelley School of Business.
Ryan Gustafson is a Corporate Recruiter for Graycor. He joined Graycor in 2014 and is responsible for delivering recruiting success to meet the hiring and workforce planning needs of each operating company. He has over 8 years of experience in recruiting for construction companies and earned his undergraduate degree in business management from Eastern Illinois University.
