Western regional office will better serve existing and potential industrial clients

Graycor Industrial Constructors Inc.—the industrial construction subsidiary of North American general contractor Graycor—has formed a West Coast office in California to better serve industrial clients in the process, power, metals and gas infrastructure markets within the U.S. Western Region. The new office is located in Long Beach, approximately 25 miles south of Los Angeles.

Graycor Industrial, a union-affiliated company, offers self-perform preconstruction and construction services to industrial clients, including established owners such as Andeavor, APS, Basin Electric Power Cooperative, Black Hills Energy, Otter Tail Power and PNM.

“Although we have been working successfully in the western states for years, having an office in the West will allow us to be even more responsive to our clients and show definitively we are committed to them and their projects long-term,” says Shawn Anderton, vice president and general manager for Graycor Industrial’s western operations and overseer of the Long Beach office.

“In addition to having a dedicated space for our teams to serve our clients during planning, bidding, preconstruction and construction phases, a full-time local presence also allows us to home-grow local talent and fully immerse ourselves in the communities we serve,” Shawn adds.
