Safety

The Safety System

The system has eight basic parts, which together define Graycor’s core safety and health values and provide the methods and means to achieve one goal: zero injuries. The eight basic parts are:

  1. Safety and Health Policy
Details our commitment to safety and health

  2. Organization and Responsibilities
Outlines the duties and responsibilities of each employee, regardless of position

  3. OSHA Requirements
Stipulates our commitment to meet and exceed the health and safety requirements of federal and state jurisdictions

  4. Project Safety and Health Analysis
Details the process for conducting a pre-project safety and health analysis as well as the steps taken to eliminate any project hazards

  5. Training
Describes general and job-specific training provided for all Graycor employees

  6. Inspection
Outlines the safety audit process for Graycor employees and subcontractors

  7. Injury Investigation and Reporting
States our process for investigating and reporting all injuries

  8. Incentive Program
Describes how we reward exceptional performance through various safety incentive programs

We believe nothing is more important than the safety and health of our employees; not profit, not production and not personalities. We are committed to proving that.
