Safety is our number one goal at Graycor. From the chairman of the board to each craftworker, we are committed to the safety and welfare of our employees, as well as all others associated with our work.Under the direction of our president, Graycor has a fully staffed safety department responsible for the development and implementation of standard safety procedures. Our commitment to safety has dramatically reduced the frequency and severity of job-site injuries. Proof of that commitment lies in the fact that the company consistently scores well below the national average lost time rate.

Every manager at Graycor is responsible for ensuring that everyone works in a safe environment. We have established leading indicator metrics to fairly enable this accountability. - Safety practices are an individual responsibility and a condition of employment.
Uniform work rules include disciplinary measures such as termination, suspension and written warnings. These rules are discussed with every employee during project-specific safety orientations. Enforcement is swift, certain and significant, without exception. - Safety is a way of life around the clock.
Graycor prides itself on the professionalism of its full-time safety staff and organizational dedication to employee training. A wide range of safety and health training is conducted on an ongoing basis at our headquarters.
