In compliance with our ISO 9000 registration, our quality group facilitates specific initiatives in the following areas:
- ISO Registration
Working with our customers as second-party auditors, Graycor has implemented the ISO 9000 quality system. Process teams streamline and document key procedures and conduct regular audits to ensure procedures are followed and kept current. - Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)
We realize that our competitive advantage is also your competitive advantage; therefore, we have established cross-functional teams to research, analyze and recommend improvement plans for targeted areas. - Training
At Graycor, we emphasize education as a key to continuous improvement. Via classes held both at our headquarters and on-site, Graycor's employees are kept abreast of the latest developments in management, information systems and industry technology. - Quality Assurance / Quality Control
While Graycor is committed to quality assurance and quality control in all aspects of our projects, code and/or customer requirements sometimes require special procedures. We are experienced in developing and implementing these programs, including currently established project-specific quality assurance, nuclear quality assurance and pressure vessels, boilers and power piping quality assurance.
Our quality effort has resulted in the creation of flexible, consistent construction methodologies that are applicable to each project regardless of size or complexity. This consistency fosters open communication, risk-taking and an entrepreneurial attitude that leads to collaborative problem-solving by all of our employees.
