The Graycor Construction team completed the renovation of 286 guest rooms and 11 suites at the famed Westin Hotel on Chicago′s Michigan Avenue with a level of service matching their respected client′s. Operations during the three–month construction project took place under a tight, around–the–clock schedule while the hotel was occupied and fully operative. Continuous attention was required to control noise and dust for the comfort of the hotel′s employees and guests.
