The projects, which included a contract for the paint/general stores and a contract for the utilities building, were performed by Graycor Byrne, a joint venture between Graycor Industrial Constructors Inc. and Dallas, TX–based Thos. S. Byrne Ltd. Work for both contracts included the structural steel packages, all mechanical and electrical work, enclosures (including metal siding and roofing), concrete (including floors and process pits), and all finish trades. Toyota builds approximately 150,000 Tundra full–size trucks annually at the new San Antonio plant, which represents an $800 million investment by Toyota and brought approximately 2,000 new jobs to Texas.Browse projects by:
