Theatre Build-Out

Chicago-based Kerasotes ShowPlace Theatres LLC selected Graycor Construction to perform the interior build-out of a 100,000-square-foot, fourth-floor flagship location. The customer-focused design extends beyond the Lobby Lounge to 16 ICON auditoriums with stadium seating and two ICON VIP Premium auditoriums.

As a repeat client, Kerasotes ShowPlace Theatres trusted Graycor Construction to bring to life the feature-packed, high-end design and to meet the demands of the high-tech capabilities needed behind the scenes. Graycor Construction has built several theaters for Kerasotes in recent years throughout Illinois and Indiana.
