Project scope: 
Nitti Graycor was called upon by Tri City Surgery Center to perform full site development on three acres of land, with full tenant improvement totaling 12,718 square feet for a surgery center with three operating rooms. The site improvements included earthwork, utilities, paving, and site lighting. The building consisted of steel frame structure, exterior metal studs, decorative stone, standing seam metal roofing/soffits and EIFS. The interior construction consisted of full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior walls, sheet vinyl, and all finishes.
