Retirement Community Repositioning

Graycor managed the repositioning of this 85–year–old, 305,000–square–foot continuing–care retirement community in Chicago′s historic Beverly neighborhood. The project consisted of a four–story, 144–unit independent living apartment building, 28 memory care units, 60 assisted living apartments, underground parking for 68 cars, a commons area with dining rooms, clubroom, library and chapel.
