Retail Construction and Build-out

Assisting CVS/pharmacy in its effort to build its drugstores nationwide, Graycor has constructed 70 CVS stores in the Midwest and Southwest regionsas well as California. The projects have included a mix of new construction and build-out of retail space. Drawing on significant retail experience, building on fast-track schedules and managing multiple locations simultaneously, Graycor completed each of the stores by their planned opening dates. In addition to an aesthetic exterior façade, each of the stand-alonebuildings includes a store-dedicated parking lot, a full-service pharmacy with drive-through window access, as well as a food mart and, in select stores, a photo lab. The projects also included installation of a walk-in cooler and freezer in each of the stores.
