Retail and Office Space Development

The Shops at Atlas Park is an adaptive reuse of 12 acres of dated industrial buildings in New York City. The project included 400,000 square feet of retail and office space including two multistory parking garages, a 1,200–square–foot theater and park area with an interactive fountain. Our team provided owner′s representation services on the project, which was completed completion in spring 2006.
