Project scope: 
On a fast–track schedule, Graycor completed an interior build–out converting a manufacturing plant into more than 1 million square feet of office and lab space at Motorola′s PCS Tech Center in north suburban Libertyville, IL. The four–story office and lab space consolidated staff from the Libertyville and Harvard, IL, locations. Jones Lang LaSalle served as program manager on the project.
