Marriott Marquis

The Graycor Construction team recently renovated the 47–story Atlanta Marriott Marquis in Atlanta, GA. Work on the downtown premier hotel included renovating concierge level rooms and suites, as well as 1,660 guest rooms and 46 corridors. The team supervised the more than 170 tradesmen required to complete the job on time without disrupting the hotel′s guests. Shortly following this project, the team was also awarded the second phase to renovate 80 luxury suites.
