Manufacturing Facility Construction

A long–time partner in the U.S., Kohler introduced Graycor International to their Mexican subsidiary, Kohler Reynosa, to design–build a 114,000–square-foot stainless steel sink manufacturing facility. This sophisticated design-build included complete building and facilities construction services from foundations through office finishes. In this particular case, our team was able to complete a critical area of the project one month ahead of schedule, enabling the client to start equipment installation earlier. This acceleration was performed at no cost to the client.
