Project scope: 
Graycor renovated 200,000 square feet of Randhurst Mall in Mount Prospect, IL. This project included major demolition of three anchor stores (JCPenney′s, Montgomery Ward′s, Kohl′s), an automotive facility and portions of the existing mall. Graycor also renovated the old Montgomery Ward′s facility for future tenant build–out and added a new west entrance and additional retail space to the shopping mall.
