Project scope: 
Graycor transformed a portion of Eastland Mall by renovating unused tenant space into a 35,000–square–foot food court to include eight food court tenants and reconfigured the remaining space into nine mall tenants. The new dining area accommodates seating for approximately 300 shoppers in a bright airy atmosphere capped by a new barrel skylight. New public restrooms, including family restrooms, were added as well. Concurrently, Graycor reconstructed an active mall entrance, which included a new domed skylight, dramatic lighting and new storefront.
