Mall Expansion

Westfield SouthPark Center in Strongsville, OH, a suburb of Cleveland, underwent a two–part expansion to include additions to the mall′s north and southeast sides. At the mall′s north end, 180,000 sq. ft. were added to the front within two levels. Graycor demolished the existing main mall entrance and porte–cochere, constructed a new structure housing mall common area and retail shell spaces, as well as built a new main entrance and porte–cochere.
